Default Thinking vs. Conscious Thinking

We are offense type players…

  1. Take time, at least 20 minutes per day to unplug, be quiet, and just be.
  2. Once you have quieted down, write down how you want to live…..or your desired conscious thoughts….
  3. Next, write down what stops you “thought wise” from doing this- basically coming to terms with what your default thoughts are….
  4. Write down on a card your Desired Daily Conscious Thoughts and read them daily….
