Hi Team….
This weekend I spent a lot of time outdoors….
Catching up on some “farm” stuff as we begin to experience weather change at the farm.. which means winter is not too far away and we have to get the animals, facilities, and equipment prepped for the colder temps…
This means a lot of time to think…..
And, when it comes to thinking, as many of you know, you can either think yourself to a good place or a not so good place.
Personally, whenever I do work with my hands, it puts me in an optimal mental state and I find myself entering a state of flow as a result of uplifted, can-do, positive thinking.
When I sit down on a couch and “try” to think, or force thought, it almost never takes me to the place I would like to go.
