Yes, it is August…..

But, that does not mean the World has stopped working!

College Athletes are reporting back to school to get their summer training in….

Teachers are starting to think about their plans and goals for this year….

The Wall Street boys are starting to feel a little bit of guilt spending so many weekends in the Hamptons when they could be manufacturing deals….

And, those type A, high achieving leaders are ready for there to be some more “structure” and harder work come September….

Now, these people are still enjoying themselves…. no doubt…. but the classic high performer is starting to get a bit antsy….

You see, high performers are typically a bit “unsettled”….

They need objectives, clarity, something to chase, something to focus on….

So, too much time off is no good…

But, some time off is very good….

Today, I wanted to talk about OPPORTUNITY…

Because, for many of us, if we are not in the office, on the field, or in the classroom, we forget that there is opportunity…
