The 3-C’s of Performance…

Hi Team…

On Friday of last week I had an amazing opportunity to coach a cyber-security company known as DataEndure.

They are an amazing company that works to keep companies safe- and they are also 100% committed to making their team better. (which I love)..

We talked about what it takes to be a Champion in business, sales, and as individuals…

I emphasized the importance of preparation in all that you do if you want more predictable results… and I told them all about the 3-C’s… and today, I want to share them with you…

C- Clarity

C- Confidence

C- Conviction

When the 3-C’s are at work, anything is possible, truly.

Let me tell you why.

The #1 thing most people struggle with and are fighting for in their mind is clarity.

Uber clarity on what it is they want to do, achieve or accomplish.

Setting the target.

It is challenging for many reasons… and two of those reasons are not wanting to make a mistake or over-commit to something that may not work out…

So, a defensive strategy is taken and true clarity is never achieved which leads to confusion and spinning.

This state always effects ones confidence.

The second C!

When confidence is lacking, self-esteem is as well.

A lack of belief in most things presents itself, momentum is non-existent, and frustration starts to build…..

And this state is very costly as it is a losing state of mind to be in…

If you are lacking CLARITY & CONFIDENCE…the third C, CONVICTION is virtually unattainable because if you do not have conviction in yourself, you will be unable to have it in anything.

A lack of conviction has a cost- and it makes you vulnerable to the ideas, thoughts, and beliefs of others- adopting them as yours taking you further from where you want to be….

Remember, winning always starts with clarity.

You must know what you want to do and why… then follow that up with action.

As you take more action, confidence builds.

As confidence builds, conviction in what you are doing becomes evident!

Got it?

Now you know the 3-C’s of Performance… they will lead you to becoming a true Champion in all that you do!

Let’s go out and win today!
