Do some days just get away from you?

You start with great intentions and before you know it, well, it’s 6pm… time to wrap for the day!

And, before we get into the ART OF TIME-MAPPING, let’s bullet point some of the great time-vacuums..

Multi-Tasking (Doing Too Many Things at Once)….

Multi-Thinking (Thinking Too Many Things at Once)…

Multi-Being (Being Too Many Places at Once)…

All of these things simply distill down to you having no focus, feeling amped because you can not get focused or centered, and feeling like you are not productive… because you aren’t.

You are not even close to as productive as you should be or can be….

Why?

Think of the brain as central command….

Central command just got a call that it has to shoot a missile (do something very specific).. so, the system calibrates, aims at the target, and then BOOM, it gets ready for fire…
