Hi Team-

Happy Monday.

We are back!

This weekend, I have to admit, I wondered aimlessly Sunday afternoon waiting for the week to get going!

But, as we know, wandering is not a good thing.

SO, when I get into one of those modes, I do one of two things, or both.

  1. I read.
  2. I exercise.

This is a magic formula for me.

You see, for many high performers, or goal-oriented people, downtime is essential, but our mind does not enjoy remaining idle since that is the opposite state it is in most of the week.

The mind needs a target.

It needs something to achieve, do, or consume.

Now, as I shared last week, I also make time each day for silence and disconnection, but that can not be the whole day.

SO, I give myself what it needs.
