Hi Team…

Two weeks ago I did an awesome interview (posting tomorrow) with Robert Malandro, Managing Partner of the Whitecap Sports Group.

He spends his time helping investors buy and sell Professional Sports Teams!

Fun job!

Anyway, we talked about daily routines and habits, and he gave a real golden nugget as it related to him keeping momentum up and his productivity strong:

HOURLY GOALS.

Hourly goals?

Prior to my conversation, I had never heard of this before.

Obviously we have heard of quarterly, annual, or even stretch goals, but, hourly is a new concept.

I asked him the “why” behind the hourly goal and he said it was this simple:

TO KEEP THE BALL ROLLING…

There are times in life and business when we feel like we are slowing down, less productive, and just not feeling like we are getting anything done….
