Will Power Never Works As A Way To Achieve A Goal.

Hi Team….

I have something important I wanted to write about today- and I think you will really benefit if you can read it and apply it…

How often do we try to force things? Push, drive, fight to make them happen.

Often for most.

How are the results?

Often exhausting.

Well, what if there was another way?

A way that was more aligned with who you are and more flowing than forcing.

I am sure you would like that, right?

Well, over the years, this is what I work to teach clients.

It is not about forcing, pushing, or driving.

👉Getting more done, being more efficient, having more personal time, and not getting burnt-out is about your day to day system.

The system must have and include a few different parts/ things.

  • Physical Training and Exercise
  • Optimized Schedule
  • Rules of Engagement

This breaks down to this..

You must train and exercise daily for health, vitality, and energy.

We need as much energy as possible to compete in today’s competitive environments we find ourselves in…

We need to build a schedule that is not exhausting, yet allows us to get work done in a specific period of time.

I like to say your schedule must have a clear start and a clear stop.

This is when I begin my day, this is when I end my day.

I also like to use 90-minute work blocks.

(2) in the morning, (2) in the afternoon for 6 hour of total work.

Next, we must have our rules of engagement.

Ready for one of mine?

You can not get on my schedule without an appointment.

Because through the years I have realized it is the impromptu calls/ asks that take me off schedule, kill my rhythm, and are tremendously costly in regards to max performance and outcomes… so, it is not permitted.

The other is I do not work with clients until 11am- and my coaching availability is Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.

Everything is scheduled and has a place.

My schedule has virtually ZERO reactivity to it- by design.

You can do the same.

This is my system.

What is yours?

Do you have a system or do you bounce around and do what feels good?

If you are a bouncer- this has a huge cost.

👉Productivity, feeling good about how you are spending your time, and ultimately, a reactive schedule will leave you drained.

I get so much done because there are ZERO interruptions.

Everything has a place.

Think about this…

This may be one of the most important newsletters I have ever sent you.

Take it seriously- everything depends on it!

Got it?

Let’s go.
